  Bill Peterson and the Diamonds coaching staff, has Trained/Coached over 225 players that have gone on to play College Baseball or Softball! That is more than any other training facility in the area! There is an additional 20 players that have been drafted or signed professionally. Diamonds Sports Training Academy, the Best Training West Michigan has to offer!

Nate McLouth - Earns his first Gold Glove Award!
    Major League Baseball and Rawlings today announced that outfielder Nate McLouth has been named to the 2008 National League Gold Glove team.

    McLouth made a total of 155 appearances (150 starts) in the outfield in 2008 and made just one error. He led National League center fielders with a .997 fielding percentage and ranked second behind Milwaukee's Ryan Braun in fielding percentage among all NL outfielders.
