Coach Brad Brockman and his 16U Girls Softball Team as Santa Claus Girls

On December 19th, players and parents of Coach Brockman's 16U team got together to help load volunteer driver's vehicles for the Santa Clause Girls. The Santa Clause Girls organization brings Santa Clause to children 12 years of auge and under, living within the limits of Kent County, who otherwise might not know the joys of Christmas.
This year Santa Claus Girls helped over 6,000 families and 15,000 children in Kent County.
The girls really enjoyed themselves and are looking forward to helping again next year.
Way to make the holiday a little brighter for those that need help!

Diamonds Hosts Free Softball Clinic For Grandville Little League

We had 20 players participate in a variety of drill work including hitting, fielding, outfield, and base running. At the end of the camp, we had a scrimmage between the players to show case what they learned during the camp. Thanks to Bernie Butgereit (Softball Director), Wally King (Head Softball Coach at Ferris State University/Director of Player and Coach Development at Diamonds), Diamonds 18U players: McKenzie Butgereit, Abby Colon, and Lexi Lieske for their time to put on a great clinic. A special thanks to the Grandville Little League including Chris Orme for allowing us to put on this Free clinic!
